Refund Policy

LifeFix AI (operated by Jasmin Paschel, Arizona, United States) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout (the order details are also in your Paddle receipt email).
  • Or email us at lifefixsupport@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll forward the request to Paddle.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What happens after you cancel or refund

If you cancel without requesting a refund, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period; we do not pro-rate the unused time. If you receive a refund, your Pro access ends immediately.

Free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you are charged after the trial converts, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.
