Terms of Service

LifeFix AI is a service operated by Jasmin Paschel, a sole proprietor based in Arizona, United States ("LifeFix AI", "we", "us", "our"). LifeFix AI provides an AI-powered personal finance coaching service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at lifefixsupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Description of the Service

LifeFix AI provides budgeting and money-management tools, an AI-powered coach that responds to your messages, and educational financial content. The Service is provided for general informational and self-help purposes only.

The Service is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any product, security, or asset. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or for spam, harassment, or abuse.
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its security, including uploading malware or bypassing technical limits.
Attempt to jailbreak the AI, generate illegal or harmful content, produce deepfakes or content that misrepresents real people, or use outputs to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the Service.

We may remove, restrict, or refuse content and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations.

5. AI inputs & outputs

You are responsible for the inputs (prompts, financial figures, messages) you provide and must have the rights to share them. The AI coach generates responses based on your inputs and may produce results that are inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. You must independently verify any AI output before relying on it, especially for financial decisions. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs at our discretion. If you believe an output infringes your rights, contact lifefixsupport@gmail.com; repeat infringement may result in termination.

6. License & intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan and these Terms. We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, models, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Subscriptions, payment & refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability & warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel at any time through Paddle. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion, except where retention is required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LifeFix AI and Jasmin Paschel from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
